Mo’s challenge and recovery

Our sweet little Mo had a difficult time with an infection in his jaw. At first we weren’t sure exactly what the problem was until we had him examined and x-rayed. Mo was then given a strong antibiotic as part of his treatment. We are monitoring his recovery on a daily basis and hope for a significant improvement after the end of the treatment.

Teddy’s special care

Teddy, another of our protégés, is struggling with a haemangioma in his eye, which will soon be surgically removed. It is a sensitive area, directly on the eyelid. We monitor his situation closely to make sure he is well and ready for the operation. To prepare him optimally, we make sure that he puts on some weight.

Our daily routine

The animals in our infirmary need special attention. We give them medication every day and monitor their condition closely. We make sure that they are in a calm and controlled environment to support their recovery.

The role of the infirmary

Our infirmary is an essential part of our animal welfare organization. Here we take care of animals that need special medical help. The financial outlay is great, but the recovery and welfare of these animals are worth it to us. We do not give up on any animal that is ill or infirm and ensure that they find a loving home with us.

Our commitment to animals

We work every day to provide our animals with the best possible care. We firmly believe that every animal, regardless of its state of health, deserves a dignified and loving home.
